My grandson broke the (R) bracket that goes from 3-4" below the arm rest to the foot rest . I'm told it really can't be welded . So , i'm looking for someone parting out their "Reliance" barber chair . I need a head rest , too .

yes it can be welded... it is cast iron.. it needs to be ground around the crack, pre heated in an oven.. to around 300 degrees.. or more.. welded then put back into an oven and slowly over a day or so brought back =down in temp... 777 rod works best.. i have done this with a special heat blanket // speak to a professional welder...the key word professional

I need a headrest for a koenigkramer I have a headrest for a koenigkramer, reliance. It's brown an in very good original condition. I'm seeking a hydralic part for my base, I have a koenigkramer reliance chair that came with 2 headrests. If you have any knowledge of or have any resources for parts I'd appreciate it. I am looking for the base ring for the chair. Mine is rusted and would like a new one. Or does anyone have a way to restore it.

I have a Reliable chair in a medical office. The model # is 6654 and the serial number is 8807. It says F & F Koenigkramer, Cincinnati, Ohio on the chair. Is there any way to change the vinyl on the chair? Do you have replacement parts with the vinyl on it? If not what is the best way to replace the vinyl which is ripping.
